**Responsabilités**
- Réception et traitement des dossiers
- Gestion et organisation des séances (préparation logistique, ordre du jour, prise de
- PV, récapitulatif d'enregistrement)
- Suivi des décisions après séances (établissement des tableaux de synthèse)
- Réception / accueil et traitement des correspondances
- Gestion et mise à jour des bases de données
- Soutien à la mise en place d'évènements
- Co-gestion des médias sociaux
- Réalisation des présentations et supports de communication (DP/CP)
- Mise à jour du site internet

**Votre profil**
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée d'au moins 2 ans.
- Vous possédez un haut sens du service, vous savez, vous adaptez aux différents
- interlocuteurs
- Vous êtes attentif-ve aux détails
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances des outils informatiques
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français à l'orale et à l'ecrit
- L'allemand et l'anglais sont un atout
