Uniplan wurde 1960 in Köln gegründet und hat sich seither immer wieder neu erfunden. Seit 1974 agiert Uniplan auch in der Schweiz mit Sitz in Basel vorwiegend im Messebau und Eventbereich. Dieser Fokus in der Schweiz hat sich in den letzten Jahren auf eine gesamtheitliche Dienstleistung für Brand Spaces mit der Konzipierung, Gestaltung und Ausführungsplanung von Showrooms, Messeständen, Ausstellungen, Roadshows, Events und Kompetenzzentren ausgeweitet. Mit einem gut durchmischten Team aus aktuell 8 Personen aus den Bereichen Project Management & Kalkulation, Technical Project Management (Ausführungsplanung) und Kreation, bedienen wir unsere Kunden aus den Branchen Pharma & Life Science, dem Bankenwesen, Maschinenbau, Bad
- und Kücheneinrichtungen, als auch dem Lifestyle

Dein Ding

Als Creative Director (Brand & Spatial Experience) (m/w/d) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau der kreativen Positionierung und Marktpräsenz unserer Agentur in der Schweiz. Gemeinsam mit unseren Teams in Basel und Köln stärkst Du die kreative Ausrichtung regionaler Projekte und ergänzt unser Beratungsportfolio in den Bereichen Messearchitektur, Showroom-Design und Brand Experience. Ziel ist es, unsere kreative Expertise vor Ort weiter zu verankern und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Schweizer Kunden zu entwickeln. Du übernimmst die kreative Leitung von Projekten und Wettbewerbspräsentationen und arbeitest eng mit Business Development, Projektmanagement und den übergreifenden Kreativteams zusammen. Dein Know-how nutzt Du, um innovative Konzepte zu entwickeln, die perfekt auf die Kundenbedürfnisse abgestimmt sind und unseren hohen kreativen Standards entsprechen. In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du das Erschließen neuer Mandate und die Vertiefung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen. Darüber hinaus treibst Du den Ausbau unserer kreativen Kapazitäten vor Ort voran, indem Du ein starkes Team aufbaust und Partnerschaften mit regionalen Freelancern und Agenturen etablierst.

Deine Argumente- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationsdesign, Architektur, Medien, Marketing/Business Administration oder ähnlichem.- Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten in Live-Marketing, Messearchitektur, Showroom-Design oder Brand Experience/Events in einer namhaften (Kreativ-)Agentur.- Kreative Leitung & Design-Expertise: Nachweisbare Erfahrung und Referenzen in der Leitung kreativer Prozesse in interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der Entwicklung und Präsentation umfassender Konzepte.- Teamaufbau: Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung eines kreativen Teams, einschließlich Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.- Marktverständnis: Starkes Gespür für technologische Trends und Kundenanforderungen, sowohl im B2B- als auch im B2C-Bereich.- Branchenkenntnisse: Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer oder in mehreren der folgenden Branchen: Handel, Pharma/Chemie, Investitionsgüter, Beauty/Fashion/Luxury, (Private) Banking.- Software & Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365 und den relevanten Anwendungen (je nach Background).- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil.
