At a Glance:
We are looking for an optimistic, hands-on and visionary creative leader to join our Brand Design team. You will lead a team of Art Directors who are responsible for the creative visual identity of our campaigns. You will also support the creation of visual guidelines and work on the holistic visual brand identity. You’ll be an important point of interaction and mediator for other teams of our in-house creative agency.

Your Mission:

- Lead and grow a team of Art Directors; be a mentor, coach - identify and grow talents; inspire others with your creative approach
- Oversee the creation of all the visual assets (including stills, movies, graphics, POS, PDP, standard imagery) from moodboards to post-production
- Lead brainstorming sessions, present and pitch creative ideas to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with other teams (Content, ecom etc.), understanding their business needs and translate them into On’s visual logic
- Support to create On’s future visual identity and bring it to life

Your Story:

- You've got at least 5 years' experience working as a creative team lead and have loved every minute of it
- Calling you an expert in creating and monitoring brand campaign assets (stills, movies, graphics, POS) doesn't even begin to do your knowledge and experience justice
- You have the know-how of someone who has been on set a numerous amount of times and knows exactly what it takes to create great assets within a variety of budgets
- A conscious leader with the vision required to manage a creative team, you inspire the trust and respect of everyone around you
- You understand that leadership is not given - it's earned through hard work and commitment to your team; You live by this and have a track record of building the next generation of leaders
- A true team player, you understand and respect the importance of collaboration and compromise
- You’re at your happiest guiding others - helping them to reach their full potential, it's just what you do
- Saying you're passionate about sports, outdoors and lifestyle would be a massive understatement
- Articulate and eloquent, you're completely comfortable when it comes to crafting a message in English
