**Director, TechOps Product Lead**

Technical Operations at Sobi is responsible for development, manufacturing, control and supply of Sobis products to patients. As TechOps Product lead you will lead the cross functional TechOps activities to establish, launch and ensure uninterrupted, reliable and sustainable supply of one or several products, short and long term. You will represent Technical Operations at the Sobi Core Asset Team(s), responsible for setting and delivering the strategic agenda for the product across all fields on a Sobi level and ensure Technical Operations influence and deliver to those strategies. This will mean interacting with senior stakeholders in Sobi's executive LT. You will be part TechOps Product & Program Management, an engaged, experienced team with a wider accountability for e.g. governance, Operational Excellence and sustainability, and have the opportunity to share your knowledge with and learn from dedicated co-workers and external partners.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead a product team with professionals from e.g. Supply Chain, QA, Science & Technology, Project Management and Regulatory, ensuring continuous supply to patients by setting the long-term strategic priorities, tactical follow up on the objectives and KPIs, as well as issue resolution and stakeholder management.
- Represent TechOps in the Sobi Core Asset Team(s) for a product/-portfolio, shaping the strategies and plans for the product(s) assigned.
- Lead business integration projects (from a manufacturing and supply perspective), set up of supply and launch of new acquired products.
- Be involved in, and act as sponsor for major projects such as sourcing, tech transfers, launches and manufacturing process improvements.
- Be responsible for optimizing the Standard Production Cost for assigned product(s).

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Biotechnology, engineering, or other relevant scientific fields
- Min 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry coupled to manufacturing and supply, including from external CMOs
- Min 5 years of experience from leadership roles, including Project Management.
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing of biologics and/or small molecule pharmaceuticals and industry regulatory standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a business environment.

**Location**

The position can be based in Basel, Switzerland or Stockholm, Sweden.
