The Director, Strategic Marketing Drug Product Services will be responsible for the strategic marketing of drug product early phase clinical to commercial solutions. The main purpose of the role is to create marketing plans and go to market strategies, in close collaboration with stakeholders in the respective businesses and functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic input to growth projects to define the opportunity for DPS, the target customer segments for a given project, the value proposition, and the underlying business plan/forecast
- Collaborate with Central Marketing to develop and execute the tactical plan to create market awareness, lead and demand generation through a combination of traditional and digital channels
- Drive the development of new and updating of existing, sales and offering collateral.
- Plan (in close collaboration with Head of Commercial Development and Central marketing), manage and track the marketing budget for the DPS business unit.
- Develop excellent relationships and work in close collaboration within various functions within the business unit and across the division to drive success in meetings the objectives.
Key requirements:
- Master / MBA within Marketing / Life Sciences or related field
- Experience working at senior level within focus on strategic marketing
- Hands on experience with Pharmaceutical Marketing
- Proven experience working with market analysis
- Deep understanding of competitive landscape within biologics, and value proposition within this area.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills
