**Art Manager, Work Experiences Responsibilities**:

- Manage, motivate and grow a multidisciplinary team of art leads and artists who are chartered with defining the visual targets and the execution of art assets for the variety of projects within Work Experiences.
- Recruit and hire talented contributors.
- Establish review processes within the team and key stakeholders.
- Engage with PMs, Designers, Eng and Art Leads to define the art pipelines and components, scope and goals for key features within our various projects.
- Collaborate with XFN teams to determine mutual vision and goals for in-common product features.
- Conceptualize, present and execute ideas within time and technical constraints.
- Learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of AR/VR problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Extensive art team management experience in game development, including shipping at least two AAA titles as a manager.
- Experience with a range of production toolsets and knowledge of 3D Art Tools (e.g. Shotgun, Jira, Trello, Pshop, Maya, Modo other).
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage art pipelines and contributors from leadership to potential external sources.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a team in unfamiliar territory and nebulous requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of real time 3D art and problem solving skills - understand the underlying technology and tools necessary to make art for virtual reality.
- Excellent communication, presentation and diplomatic skills.
- Passion for empowering teams to produce excellent results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Art production experience.
- Experience working with Virtual Reality.
- Knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal across their features and systems.
- Experience with game optimization techniques.
- Experience with 3D asset content creation including modeling, texturing, materials, VFX and lighting, for both mobile and high-end specs.
