**Matterhorn Biosciences is looking for a ** Principal Scientist / Associate Director in Molecular Immunology**.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will further strengthen our team by contributing to the development of Matterhorn Biosciences. You will form a key part of the TCR Discovery program, building the infrastructure to sequence and clone novel MR1-specific TCRs and help propel our company forward. Your role will be comprised of:

- Further developing in-house advanced molecular biology approaches, including NGS and generating libraries
- Identifying systems for in-house high-throughput screening and subsequently integrating automation into the TCR Discovery workflow
- Working with other team leads to coordinate on successful delivery of projects

As a member of our growing team, you will increasingly be expected to take responsibility for successful delivery on this core program, including project management, diligent documentation and presentation of results in internal and external meetings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- PhD in a relevant field and a minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in biotech or industry
- Proven project & team leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with automation and high-throughput screening approaches for hit identification
- Know-how in experimental design and ability to work independently
- Able to work in a highly flexible environment
- Able to communicate with team members and cross-functional project teams
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
