**About the role**
As Total Reward Manager, EMEA, and part of the Global Total Rewards team, you will enjoy companywide visibility as you support our business units, corporate functions, and locations throughout the region. FMC is a global company, so you will also interact with peers around the world. Under the guidance of the Director, Global Total Rewards, as well as the HR Director, EMEA, you will lead the compensation, benefits, and mobility processes in the region as well as participate in global and special projects. It is expected that you will make a positive impact on employees in these areas by working in conjunction with the business and as a member of the HR EMEA team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Advises HR partners and business leaders on compensation, benefits and mobility programs offered by monitoring competitive trends in total rewards and identifying the organization's position compared to other employers. Acts as primary contact for global and local salary and benefits surveys and vendors. Evaluates and recommends appropriate sources for local market and specific functional surveys and studies.
- Reviews base salary plans for compliance with country and local laws and employee works council/contract requirements. Works with location HR managers to develop and recommend local salary structures and annual structure movement, considering appropriate industry data, local market competitiveness and job benchmarks.
- Leads communication of compensation and benefits plans and annual processes, including the design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs. Participates in development of communication materials and delivers training for HR, line managers and employees as required.
- Responsible for accuracy of HR data related to total rewards for the region. Leads testing and training of enhancements to FMC’s compensation platforms.
- Contributes to design, implementation and administration of global pay programs aligned to business strategy. Reviews proposed improvements to ensure consistency across function and within country. Identifies market trends in variable compensation and recommends changes to eligibility to maintain competitiveness.
- Works with global benefits in managing plans and vendors within the region. Plays a lead role in the renewal process and elevates issues.
- Acts as the central resource for perquisite plan and eligibility requirements (e.g. car policies, allowances and recognition programs) for all countries in the region. Recommends changes to programs as required.
- Acts as key coordination point for mobility within the region. Assists with employee communications, identify special situations, and ensures compliance with policy and terms of LOU.
- Manages relationships with benefits brokers and outsourced providers for administration and delivery of benefits programs. Recommends additions or changes to benefits programs to optimize costs and impact. Provides support to local sites on benefits matters, including contract negotiations.
- Partners closely with global compensation, benefits, and mobility management as well as the other Total Rewards regional leads, to gain understanding and ensure consistency of region compensation and benefits practices with global philosophy and policy.
**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree, advanced business degree preferred
- Current knowledge regarding compensation, benefits, and mobility policies and programs to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met at the country and local levels.
- Strong influencing and communication skills required
- Good analytic skills, ability to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions from the data is key. High degree of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment; able to build and maintain strong client relationships and influence as appropriate.
