- For our Corporate Controlling Team in Baar / ZG or Altstetten / ZH we are looking for a flexible and experienced
- **Investment & Operations Controller**.

**Exciting Challenges**
- You will work together with the regional operation managers and the local/regional management worldwide to prepare the business case for the group management for all larger capex projects
- Together with your team you will analyze newly built factories at Sika, benchmark existing factories to identify improvement potential and report your findings to regional and group management
- You lead the investment budget together with the regions and issue instruments to review the success of investment projects
- You will support the group controlling team in controlling, reporting and non-financial reporting, M&A and Strategy related tasks and contribute to the external reporting

**We Need Your Skills**
- You have proven experience in a comparable function with broad knowledge in CAPEX investments and operational controlling
- You are a financial and controlling expert with a solid educational background focusing on investment calculations (CAPEX)
- You bring a profound experience in managing multiple projects at one time with professional experiences in the area of investment modelling and business plan build-up
- You convince on all levels with good communications skills in English and German
- To be successful in this role you should be an open minded, resilient personalty with a high resilience and good team player
