Treasury Controller

Sika is a leading SMI-listed company in the chemical manufacturing industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. As part of our commitment to growth and efficiency, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Treasury Controller to join our dynamic team.

Our Treasury department comprises 8 members, strategically divided into Front Office, Middle/Back Office, and Capital Markets teams.
- Manage various Treasury projects and actively participate in Finance projects, contributing to the growth and development of the Group Treasury.
- Lead and develop the Middle/Back Office Team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead the assessment and monitoring of risks originating from group-wide exposures and Treasury transactions.
- Take charge of the maintenance and optimization of Treasury IT systems

**Qualifications**
By possessing the following qualifications and skills, the Treasury Controller can effectively contribute to the success and growth of the organization’s Treasury function:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certificates (e.g. Swiss Certified Treasury Professional) can be advantageous. Proven experience in Treasury Operations, Risk Management and Financial Reporting, preferably in a similar industry or a listed company.
- Ability to manage and optimize Treasury IT systems. Familiarity with financial software and tools used in Treasury Management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.Readiness to adapt to evolving market conditions and industry trends, along with a pro-active approach introducing innovative solutions.
