**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du optimierst unsere Produkte fortlaufend indem du die Benutzererfahrung weiterentwickelst und eine einfache Usability garantierst
- Du passt die Designs den Kundenbedürfnissen an, aufbauend auf User-Feedback
- Du gestaltest visuelle Elementen die in unserem Marketing eingesetzt werden
- Um eine optimale Benutzererfahrung zu kreieren erstellst du User-Abläufe, Wireframes, Prototypen und Mockups
- Du nutzt deine kundenorientierte Expertise in verschiedenen Bereichen unseres Unternehmens ein

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung als UX/UI Designer mit, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce
- Designtools wie Figma, Photoshop und Illustrator sind Teil deiner täglichen Arbeit
- Der User steht für dich im Mittelpunkt, jedoch berücksichtigst du auch andere Ansichten um optimale Entscheidungen zu treffen und das Team zum Erfolg zu führen
- Du hast eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit und überträgst deine positive Attitüde auf Teamkollegen
- Du möchtest dich weiterentwickeln und suchst nach einer spannenden Herausforderung, bei der kein Tag wie der andere ist
- Stetig neue Fähigkeiten lernen zu wollen ist selbstverständlich für dich
- Deine Arbeitsweise kennzeichnet sich als proaktiv und du scheust dich nicht vor Verantwortung
- Du setzt deine Kreativität ein und überzeugst deine Mitmenschen mit innovativen Designs
- Du bist mündlich wie auch schriftlich auf Englisch wortgewandt
