Swibeco est une entreprise à forte croissance qui compte plus de 3’200 sociétés clientes en Suisse, dont des acteurs majeurs tels que AXA, Swissquote, FedEx/TNT, Alcon, Jabil, Swiss Medical Network, Capgemini, etc.
Fondée en 2015, Swibeco emploie aujourd'hui une équipe de 40 personnes dans deux bureaux qui contribuent au développement important de sa base clients.
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un
**stagiaire (H/F) pour la partie Sales / Client Success **pour une durée de 6 mois au sein de notre bureau de Lausanne. Vous ferez partie d'une grande et passionnante scale-up, dans un environnement au rythme rapide qui vous permettra d'apporter de réels changements et de saisir les opportunités pour aider notre entreprise à se développer.
En collaboration directe avec le Head of sales de la Suisse romande et son équipe, qui vous formera et vous assistera tout au long de ce stage, vous aurez les tâches suivantes:

**Vos responsabilités**:
- Identification de potentiels clients et recherche d’informations.
- Définition d’une stratégie commerciale adaptée.
- Rencontre clients et identification des besoins.
- Création d’offres commerciales et suivi client jusqu’à la conclusion du contrat.
- Assistance et onboarding des clients après la conclusion du contrat.
- Participation à des projets stratégiques en collaboration directe avec la direction.
**Votre profil***:
- Dernière année de Bachelor HEC, EHL, HEG ou autre.
- Une première expérience en entreprise serait un atout.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (min C1/B2 en anglais), **l’allemand un vrai atout **
- Vous êtes prêt à travailler dans une scale-up au rythme soutenu et vous n'hésitez pas à trouver des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Vous êtes prêt à vous engager sur le long terme.
- Doté d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous savez allier analyse et synthèse, rigueur et méthode. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez le sens du service.
