**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
Mission:
- Gérer les relations avec les clients et assurer un suivi en fonction de la situation ; surveiller la satisfaction client ; réaliser des ventes additionnelles
- Planifier et gérer les prospects et la base de données clients, superviser les initiatives de gestion de la relation client
- Assurer le rôle de Beauty Concierge/réceptionniste en l'absence des employés.
- Superviser les opérations de la maison.
- Traiter les demandes exigeantes des clients haut de gamme
**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
Vous:
- Avoir une expérience antérieure d'au minimum 7 ans dans le service client/l'hôtellerie ou en boutique de luxe
- Bilingue Anglais-Français + une autre langue un atout
- Axer son approche sur la satisfaction client et les résultats
- Afficher une personnalité dynamique, proactive et diplomate
- Être hautement organisé, autonome et motivé
- Avoir une capacité avérée à construire et motiver des équipes et exceller dans les relations interpersonnelles (clients et employés), avec des compétences de communication et de promotion du produit, de la marque et de la philosophie
