Reporting to the Sales Manager, **Sales Representative Dermatology **establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with Galderma's customers (dermatologists, opinion leaders and healthcare professionals) to ensure a high level of satisfaction and to achieve sales and profitability targets. This role serves as the primary interface for all Galderma products and services and implements marketing and sales strategies in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned region by visiting customers and presenting our products and services in accordance with the Corporate Strategy
- Execute and organize sales promotion of products according to the priorities and activities of the promotion plan and analyze the impact of these activities
- Conduct and organize regional product education for healthcare professionals (physicians, MPA, PTA, nursing)
- Provides technical expertise on products, and conducts training for healthcare professionals
- Represents the company and promotes the products in workshops and at national and international congresses
- Delivers requested (service/promotional) materials to customers
- Collaborates with marketing to develop product detail strategy, including promotional materials
- Analyzes sales data of own sales territory and based on analysis, initiates actions
- Regularly evaluates competitor promotions
- Creates and updates territory sales plan according to these analyses to optimize geographic coverage and prioritize customer groups to visit
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
- Immediately reports market information, including competitive intelligence to the appropriate people (Sales Manager / Brand Manager / Medical, etc.)
- Maintains and updates product knowledge and sales pitches to support customer satisfaction and needs and meet sales objectives

**Requirements**:

- Medical or paramedical training (e.g. "druggist", pharmacist, nurse, pharmaceutical assistant, etc.).
- Certified pharmaceutical advisor (shqa) or pharmaceutical specialist with the Federal Certificate of proficiency
- Min. 5 years' experience in a Sales Representative role with at least 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in the local prescription drugs market
- Fluency in English, French and German
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM system
- Valid driving license
- KAM experience or proof of further training in key account management is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze business opportunities
