**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the AVP’s/GM calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate and assist with sales meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the AVP’s/GM.
- Educate and support regional sales team on corporate policy
- On occasion will need to cover some wider responsibilities when it directly relates to Sales business success
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the AVP’s/GM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for the AVP’s/GM, providing excellent customer service and support.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a sales environment in the software or tech industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and clients.
- Experience in the software industry, particularly with cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales processes and terminology.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage competing priorities.
- Fluid in English (both in writing and verbal abilities), with French and German abilities very much appreciated/preferred.
