**Technical Product Owner mit Teamleitung**
**100 % **:Die Universität Zürich setzt für Lehre, Studium und Zentrale Dienste eine breite Palette an SAP-S/4-HANA-Geschäftsapplikationen und -Technologien ein. Das Angebot an SAP-basierten Online-Services für die rund 30'000 Studierenden sowie die rund 10'000 Mitarbeitenden wird laufend ausgebaut. Im Bereich der Lehr
- und Studienadministration dient die Branchenlösung SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SAP SLCM) als Backend für unsere innovativen Eigenentwicklungen. Für die Frontend-Entwicklung setzen wir SAPUI5 bzw. Fiori sowie verschiedene Open-Source Technologien ein. Für den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Produktverantwortung von SAP SLCM sind drei motivierte sowie agil und crossfunktional organisierte Teams zuständig.

Für eines dieser drei SAP-SLCM-Teams sucht die Abteilung Business Applications der Zentralen Informatik Sie als Teamleiter*in und Technical Product Owner.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Personelle und fachliche Leitung des vierköpfigen DevOps-Teams bestehend aus Frontend
- und Backend-Entwicklern sowie SAP-SLCM-Modulspezialisten
- Technische Produkt Ownership für SAP SLCM im Bereich Lehrangebot und Graduierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem fachlichen Product Owner und den Business Analysten aus dem Fachbereich inkl. Beratung des fachlichen Product Owners
- Verantwortung für Weiterentwicklung, Projekte und Betrieb von SAP SLCM im Bereich Lehrangebot und Graduierung
- Mitgestaltung und Steuerung des Projekt-Portfolios im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Steuerung der externen Lieferanten und Berater*innen
- Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse nach agilen DevOps-Prinzipien
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Führungsteam der Abteilung Business Applications (Abteilungsleiter und 6 Teamleiter)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Aus-/Weiterbildung
- Führungserfahrung, im Minimum in der lateralen Führung als Projektleiter*in
- Ausgewiesene Projektleitungserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld inkl. agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise inkl. Zertifizierung
- Profundes und breites SAP-Wissen inkl. Customizing, idealerweise in der Branchenlösung SAP Student Lifecycle Management u/o SAP HCM
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz im SAP-Bereich sowie Freude an Veränderung und Innovation
- Kenntnisse der universitären Geschäftsprozesse von Vorteil bzw. hohe Bereitschaft, sich diese rasch anzueignen
- Neugierige, positiv denkende und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Macherqualitäten
- Integrativer Führungsstil
- Überzeugendes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
