**Product Owner Remote Access**

**Your Mission**

As a Product Owner, your mission is to lead the Remote Access team to bring Open Systems Remote Access Services to the next level. You will participate and engage in shaping the products' vision, actively drive cross-team collaboration, and build the bridge to connect Product Managers and development teams to drive innovation and ensure a smooth user experience. As part of the Mission Control team, you’ll share operational duties with your colleagues.

As Product Owner of the Remote Access Team, you will be responsible for the technical well-being of the Service **ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access)** as well as the Service **Client VPN**. As a leader, you will not only take care of focus areas, priorities, and incidents, you will also foster your team's well-being, performance and ensuring their professional development.

As Product Owner you will work in the following areas:

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Translate product management’s strategies to tasks for development
- Technical decision making and lifecycle management
- Plan, coordinate and lead/delegate projects to meet requirements and timely deliverables
- Enforce design principles to achieve secure, efficient and reliable services
- Coordinate vendor interactions to clear issues on a technical level

**Your Qualifications**
- Higher education (university) with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Passion about networks, automation, and complex problem-solving
- 5+ years of work experience in a related field
- Flair for good customer experience
- Experience with Linux or UNIX-based operating systems
- Experience in software engineering with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Perl, Python) and a compiled language (e.g. Go, C#, C++)
- Proficiency in English

Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Technical understanding of Remote Access Services (e.g. ZTNA, Client VPN)
- Expertise with authentication protocols like OAuth2, SAML, OpenID, LDAP
- Expertise in Cisco AnyConnect / ASA products
- Knowledge of software and system testing practices
