Pour notre client, une entreprise renommée dans le commerce de vêtements, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Retail Manager expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre leur équipe à Genève. En tant que Retail Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement des affaires de l'entreprise en Suisse, en étroite collaboration avec le siège basé en Italie. Pour ce poste, une parfaite maîtrise de l'italien, de l'anglais et du français est indispensable.

**Missions**
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance pour accroître la performance de l'entreprise en Suisse.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes basées en Italie, en alignant la stratégie et les objectifs de la Suisse avec ceux du siège.
- Gérer et optimiser les budgets de vente des boutiques en Suisse, en prenant des décisions audacieuses et éclairées.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail dynamique, propice à la gestion du changement et à l'adaptation de la culture de l'entreprise.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires commerciaux et les fournisseurs.
- Superviser l'équipe existante et créer de nouveaux postes si les objectifs de croissance sont atteints.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des résultats.
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le secteur du retail (commerce de vêtements), avec une expérience préalable en gestion d'affaires.
- Connaissance du marché suisse et expérience de travail avec des marques de vêtements bien établies.
- Compétences en négociation et aptitude à développer des relations d'affaires de qualité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
- Maîtrise parfaite de l'italien, du français et de l'anglais (oral / écrit).
- Orienté(e) résultats, habitué(e) à relever des défis, goût pour le challenge.
- Capacité à gérer des projets et des budgets.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du changement et en collaboration internationale.
