**Private and Office Assistant - Family Office**

**Overview**

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant to join a busy Family office located in Zurich.

The role will be 100% workload and based on-site.

**Main responsibilities**
- First point of contact for phone calls, correspondence and queries in both German and English
- Arranging travel and accommodation requirements
- Managing expenses and petty cash
- Organising company events (e.g. Summer & Xmas Party)
- Scheduling meetings & attending any that require minutes to be taken.
- Order, negotiate and maintain office supplies, stationery and IT equipment as needed
- Responsible for IT with support from our external IT partner
- Support the Personal Assistant to the key client
- Participating in special projects to support the team, management and key client
- Assist with property management: liaise with staff, suppliers and third parties when necessary

**Your skills**:

- A minimum of 3 year’s proven experience within an Office
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, Spanish is a plus
- High level of commitment, discretion and confidentiality
- Able to use you Initiative and anticipation of needs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player and great interpersonal skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Driver’s licence / own car

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid work permit for Switzerland.
