Tasks
We are looking for a motivated individual to support our Finance and Admin team in a 40% - 50% capacity as soon as possible, with the potential to expand your area of responsibility and pensum in the short to medium term.
**In this role, you will**:
- manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, following up when needed, and reconciling payments;
- be the point of contact during our clients’ supplier onboarding processes;
- carry out monthly and annual subledger balancing for accounts receivable;
- prepare reports for internal (e.g. quarterly performance review) and external (e.g. client activity) purposes; and
- support the accounting team on an ad-hoc basis.
**Requirements**:
**You are / have**:
- fluent in English and German (spoken and written);
- completed basic commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a relevant degree (e.g. accounting);
- at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function;
- experienced with MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- strong analytical and communication skills;
- ability to take initiative, work independently and manage priorities; anda valid Swiss work permit (or are an EU national).
