Small family office in the heart of Zurich, established for over 30 years, focused exclusively on one family, seeks independent, forward thinking, self-motivated individual for part time general company administration.

We are seeking a long-term engagement. 20 hours per week. Flexible hours, one half day per week in the office, and partial work from home when possible.

The position is suitable for an individual towards the end of their career, or potentially retired from their initial career.

Previous experience working in Switzerland in either banks, family offices, asset managers, or accounting/law firms dealing with offshore companies or family office is required

**Responsibilities**:

- This is an administrative, not a decision-making, role.
- Bulk of role revolves around filing, scanning, and physical and digital archiving to ensure comprehensive, up-to-date records for all group companies.
- Weekly update of bespoke Assets Management Software using data from group ebanking accounts. No accounting or IT experience required, only basic software data entry. This task should take around three hours per week
- Receiving, reviewing and compiling forms/documents, sending out to various parties for comment/signature, and pursuing until the signed form is submitted and archived. All decisions taken by existing group directors, the current role is intended to handle physical sending/receiving or documents, archiving etc. only.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Swiss banks, family offices, asset managers, or accounting/law firms dealing with above that priorities privacy and data security is required.
- Open-minded, affable personality, enjoys taking on responsibility, keen to learn.
- Ability to work alone in a small office of a one person company.
- Organized and methodical with regards to filling deadlines, archiving and similar.
- Basic use of Windows-based software proficiency (eBanking, MS Office, basic Excel, Skype; experience with task management software a plus).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Loyal, trustworthy, view to remaining in the role long term.
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team.

**Remuneration**: CHF3.5K per month gross for 50% full time hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: CHF3,500.00 per month
