**Who we are looking for**
A Team Lead for Digital Custody Solutions for State Street’s recently launched Digital Division, is a strategic role for a creative thinker and manager with a strong understanding of digital asset technology coupled with extensive institutional experience. The Team Lead for Digital Custody Solutions will be responsible for shaping processes and driving the day-to-day execution of the custody to deliver on the enterprise strategy for State Street Digital. This is an exciting opportunity for an agile and dedicated manager looking to take a leading role in building the future digital infrastructure of financial markets from the ground up.

You will report directly into the Head of Digital Operations, and will work closely with the Product Strategy, Digital Architecture teams, and our internal Business Partnership organization with State Street to execute effectively. In addition, you will be involved in engagement with State Street Digital’s partners and vendors, from conception of new products to delivery and operation of our new client services.

This unique role requires knowledge of investment services business operations - particularly in the areas of custody, payments, middle office, compliance and process documentation - as well as a broad understanding of next generation technologies, including distributed ledger technologies (Blockchain), tokenization services, wallet technology, cryptocurrencies, and AI. This role also requires a strong background in digital transformation and business change management to help grow nascent businesses.

**What you will be responsible for**
As Team Lead for Digital Custody Solutions you will
- Own the day-to-day management of the front-to-back processes custody solution for State Street Digital including reporting, change management of the processes and oversight of resources.
- Contribute to the delivery of our enterprise strategy for the organization as a thought partner by challenging the design and implementation of related sub
- and self
- custody processes, procedures and other documentation required for the smooth operation in production
- As the business grows in volume and regulatory approved jurisdictions, build and lead a team of custody specialists to develop sustainable, scalable operational solutions and best-in-class client service delivery models
- Ensure SLAs with our internal partners meet the needs required to deliver seamless day-today delivery of services with periodic reviews
- Providing regular product/service updates including risk / KPI metrics to ensure full transparency and clarity of service delivery for State Street Digital Management

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in operations and client service for front-to-back financial products
- Proven change manager delivering successful outcomes on transformation initiatives
- Significant understanding of relevant enterprise financial technology solutions
- Excellent presentation, communications, collaboration and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Digital (DLT) studies
- Process and Procedure documentation experience
- Fluent English - oral and written - is a must
- Advanced degree(s) - a nice to have
