- We’re looking for a Crew Product Lead for Due Diligence Change to:
- own the overall quality of the crew’s products (Client Centric View, Name & Media Screening, Periodic KYC Reviews, Transaction Profile, Compliance Data Warehouse, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment)
- review and assess products’ operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes, including the delivery of multi-year product journeys coupled with regulatory expectations
- formulate the Due Diligence crew's long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results, as well as representing the crew in the quarterly business review
- lead the Due Diligence crew in modern product practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
- interact with internal consumers to understand their needs and assess whether products are fit for purpose and analyze the business context and competitor landscape
- line manage product managers and/or product chapter leads, partnering closely with the Crew Technical Lead, aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions
**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, Crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous Pods. You’ll be working in the Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring and Surveillance Stream in Zurich and oversee a global team of experts. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of our firm by making sure we provide best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention products.
**Your expertise**
- strong product leadership in terms of client lifecycle management and client due diligence skills, preferably in a client-centric financial services organization
- ideally 15+ years of experience with a significant budget responsibility
- in-depth experience in driving large scale, cross functional implementation change programs with multiple workstreams, including management of multiple stakeholders
- excellent understanding of the regulatory environment impacting financial institutions in the financial crime space
- outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
- data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
- focus on client centricity and commercial success
- fluent in English (German, French and other language skills are advantageous)
