**Job description**:
Als Manager im Bereich Transaction Services Due Diligence übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Leitung von Financial Due Diligence Projekten für unseren Kunden.
- Leiten und verwalten Sie finanzielle Due-Diligence-Projekte für Kunden, die an M&A-Transaktionen beteiligt sind.
- Entwickeln Sie Projektpläne, weisen Sie Ressourcen zu und stellen Sie die pünktliche Erbringung von Dienstleistungen sicher.
- Pflegen Sie starke Kundenbeziehungen und fungieren Sie als Hauptansprechpartner für auftragsbezogene Fragen.
- Führen Sie eine detaillierte Finanzanalyse durch, um die finanzielle Gesundheit und potenzielle Risiken der Zielunternehmen zu beurteilen.
- Identifizieren Sie wichtige Werttreiber, Trends und potenzielle Dealbreaker.
- Erstellen Sie umfassende Due-Diligence-Berichte und Präsentationen mit einer Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen.
- Betreuen, betreuen und entwickeln Sie junge Teammitglieder.
- Bieten Sie Anleitung zu technischen Fragen und stellen Sie sicher, dass Best Practices und feste Methoden eingehalten werden.
- Fördern Sie eine kollaborative und leistungsstarke Teamkultur.
- Bieten Sie Kunden strategische Beratung auf der Grundlage von Due-Diligence-Ergebnissen an.
- Unterstützen Sie Kunden dabei, die finanziellen Auswirkungen geplanter Transaktionen zu verstehen.
- Unterstützen Sie Kunden bei Verhandlungen und der Strukturierung von Deals.
- Bleiben Sie über Branchentrends und regulatorische Änderungen, die sich auf Transaktionsdienste auswirken, auf dem Laufenden.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Due-Diligence-Methoden und -Tools des Unternehmens.
- Beteiligen Sie sich an Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Angebotserstellung und Kundenpräsentationen.

**Profile**:

- Master-Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- CPA, CFA oder gleichwertige Berufszertifizierung bevorzugt.
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Due Diligence, Transaktionsberatung oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leitung komplexer Due-Diligence-Aufträge und der Leitung von Teams.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Kenntnisse in Finanzmodellierung und -analyse.
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und mehrere Prioritäten zu verwalten.
