As Head of Quality Systems you will manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of Givaudan Quality Systems to increase Quality outcomes relevant to the business and our customers. Moreover, you will ensure there is adequate governance in place and will help develop required quality system relevant procedures based on stakeholder inputs. You will setup and maintain Quality Systems documentation and its governance structures and knowledge management platform. You will report directly to the Global Head of Quality & Customer Programs.

**You will**:
Review & Monitor implementation of Givaudan Quality System to ensure compliance and performance improvements:
Propose new and review existing global quality system policies and procedures
Propose changes to make these global quality system policies and procedures intuitive, lean and visible for each function
Work with stakeholders to improve and standardize these policies and procedures to ensure complete Integration into Business workflows
Develop training programs for Quality Policies for all functions impacting Quality
Monitor training execution and provide consolidated reporting of training status and effectiveness
Ensure Governance and help develop required quality system relevant policies and procedures of Stakeholders:
Review requirements of Operations functions and align with global partners (EHS, SCM, ManEx) and ensure requirements are internalized into global quality system procedures
Maintain system efficiency with formal management reviews and decisions
Setup and maintain Quality System documentation and Knowledge Management Platform:
Setup governance structures and reporting to govern execution of these policies and procedures
Develop and drive quality communication plan to foster Quality culture
Develop and maintain Knowledge Management platform to ensure policies, procedures and standardized processes and standards are easily available and relevant to all levels in the organization
**Collaborate and Partner**:
Perform periodic quality system audits to verify alignment to global principles and implementation of Quality Systems' policies and procedures
Interaction with 3rd party auditing body to coordinate execution and reporting
Partnering with stakeholders (Corporate Audit, CI, Food Safety, EHS) to share insights and develop optimized agenda to the sites
**You have**:
Business or Technical University degree at least bachelor level preferably in the domains of Food or Chemical Technology, Engineering or Sciences, Chemistry and alike
Related experience of 7 or more years of which at least 5 years in equivalent position
Experience implementing Quality Management Systems in complex organizations
Solid project management skills and use of project management techniques, including Change Management across different cultures
Expert in communication and delivering great presentations
Knowledge of some IT systems (knowledge management, CAPA, Auditing)
Experience with food safety and quality systems in our industry (manufacturing technologies and product characteristics)
