**Als Customer Success Manager**: in stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Kunden den ambulanten ärztlichen Notfalldienst in der Schweiz dank docbox optimal organisieren und durchführen können. Im Bereich Pharma sind Sie die wichtige Ansprechperson für unser neues Produkt docbox Pull. Sie übernehmen auch (inbound-) Sales Aufgaben im Bereich Pharma.

Aufgaben
- Sie sind der/die Ansprechpartner: in für alle Stakeholder in den Bereichen Notfalldienstorganisation/Ärztegesellschaten sowie docbox Pull für die Pharmaindustrie
- Beratung, Schulung und Support der Kunden und User
- Akquise von Pharmaunternehmen und Ärzten im Bereich docbox Pharma, vor allem durch Inbound
- und Warm-Leads
- Beratung der Pharma Sales
- und Marketingorganisationen bei der Einführung und dem Betrieb von docbox Pull
- Regelmässiger Austausch mit den Kunden, um zukünftige Bedürfnisse zu erkennen und um Lösungsvorschläge machen zu können.
- Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten (technisch und organisatorisch)

Qualifikation
- Sehr hohe Kunden
- und Teamorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken, wissbegierig, belastbar
- Hervorragendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich von komplexen Software as a Service Anwendungen sowie in excel und HubSpot
- Sie verfügen auch über eine Sales Ader
- Sehr genaues Arbeiten, hohe Verlässlichkeit und Flexibilität.
- Sie bewahren die Ruhe auch während hektischen Zeiten
- Hervorragendes analytisches Denkvermögen,
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
- Sie sind eine fröhliche Person, die auch herzhaft lachen kann
