**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide Account Leadership for overall delivery as per the Ruby OIO contract.
- Responsible for a high client experience and establishment of a client relationship with all client stakeholders.
- Responsible for the identification and execution of opportunities to improve performance against the business plan.
- Manage contract cost, project schedules and project deliverables.
- Lead the contractual agreed Ruby meetings with the client.
- Plan and implement Continuous Improvement Program.
- Responsible for the achievement of SLA objectives and compliance with Contract terms and conditions relating to the Ruby OIO.
- Complies with all aspects of Service Delivery Management process.
- Implements and ensures compliance with documented key Operations Management practices and procedures specifically for Services provider within the Ruby OIO.
- Responsible for the provision of SLA and performance reports as contracted.
- Responsible for the achievement of financial, time and customer satisfaction objectives for assigned Clients and related projects.
- Responsible for escalation of Critical Situations, resolution of issues impacting in Service Delivery.
- Maintain a business relationship with IBM stakeholders to ensure that the services to the client meet or exceed agreed SLA's and generate a outstanding client expierence.
- Provide functional guidance to the various involved team members to deliver the Ruby OIO services.
- Receive functional guidance from the account lead and the lead brand (TSS) in Switzerland.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

- Account Leadership
- Managing of complex infrastructure contracts
- Strong governance experience
- Delivery and Service Management
- Client Satisfaction
- Outstanding communication skills
- Working in an international environment.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- ITIL certification
- Good IT knowledge
