**The role**

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to support and enable our continuous hypergrowth and transformation journey. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this role will be responsible for managing high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives, including:

- Build, develop and execute the Operational Excellence Strategy for Genioo, driving sustainable, scalable, innovative processes, simplification, efficiency and collaboration across all functions
- Build, develop and maintain best practice and Operational Excellence culture with a standard approach that focuses on quality, efficiency and value
- Ensure plans are in place amongst the regional teams for the design, measurement, prioritization, and review processes of major Operational projects across regions

**What you should enjoy doing**
- Develop a compelling, articulate and well planned out Strategy to implement a strong culture of Operational Excellence
- Design, define and execute the Operational Excellence Road Map for and across all functions
- Standardize and harmonize Operational Excellence program Management process, methodology, tools, training, and reporting across all functions and regions
- Ensure consistent quality & delivery of all projects incorporating Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles
- Serve as change agent working collaboratively within and across functions and regions to help implement a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide thought leadership and influence change at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate across the organization to help remove silos and bottlenecks for teams
- Manage tools, reports, and review data to identify new initiative opportunities and overcome obstacles in achieving current targets
- Conduct analysis of current business processes across the organization, identify gaps in the business process, determine the impact to the organization, and recommend action plans and timeline to address issues

**What we look for**
- 10+ years of overall experience in relevant industries with hands-on experience handling data driven decisions
- 6+ years of experience in driving Transformation and/or Process Improvement
- 5+ years of experience in Managerial role
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Well-developed quantitative and qualitative analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
- Proven track record of interpreting strategy, while also capable of engaging in detailed implementation planning and execution
- Compelling communication/presentation skills across different audiences and seniority levels including the ability to establish credibility with senior executives quickly
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness with the ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
