Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by JnJ Supply Chain strategy that is essential to building the world’s best supply chain. Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital. At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and disrupters and building capabilities to leverage and take advantage of these being agile enough to ensure we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.

Part of the Global Plan Excellence Team, the Integrated Business Planning team is focused on developing the strategic direction of Consumer Health Planning on the DP, S&OP to IBP and Cash Journey. The team is looking at developing existing capabilities and processes, bringing new advanced capabilities as well as leading cultural change to embed Integrated Business Planning throughout the business. The team works hand in hand with the various regional planning leaders, enterprise planning leaders, as well as SC finance and commercial partners around the globe.

**Global IBP Lead Consumer Health**

The Global IBP Lead will be instrumental to educate, coach and drive process adoption in the market/clusters/regions through their IBP implementation or continuous improvement (at all levels of the organization). He/she is an excellent change agent, communicator and networker, has strong analytical skills and can communicate to all audiences. He/she can build and maintain successful internal customer relationships and credibility within the organization.

As part of the GPEx team, the Global IBP lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of initiatives including processes and tools in the regions, following industry and company best practices.

Responsibilities are carried out in a variety of capacities, including internal expert and leader and influencer of change and continuous improvement. Execution of job responsibilities requires close coordination with EPPEX, GPEx, Regional, Cluster and Market leaders involved in IBP day to day as well as potential external consultant.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Create and lead community of IBP ambassadors (internal & external)
- Create communication plans and training platforms and contents to help change management strategies
- Support the maturity of our current S&OP process and the evolution towards IBP, in lockstep with regional teams
- Plays a key leadership role in ensuring the success of some initial roll-outs of IBP across the organization, specially the Portfolio integration.
- Ensures that all phases of IBP are executed according to best practice, including common understanding, IBP educations, leadership orientation, implementation and ongoing maturity assessment (sustain).
- Works closely with Global, regional stakeholders in preparation of and realization of plans
- Support the Sr. Dir IBP Excellence in building/executing the Global Roadmap for our IBP program, including supporting business case.

**Qualifications**
- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Min 5 years of IBP experience in a consumer goods environment with a clear track record of implementation incl but not limited to: in depth understanding of the IBP concept, roll out methods and the change management involved. (mandatory)
- Experience as a team leader, business influencer and good communicator having worked in a matrix environment.
- Preferred Experience within a commercial organization - Finance, Trade-Marketing or Sales.
- Has proven project management skills managing communication/expectations with internal and external stakeholders and developing change management strategies for process adoption.
- Has strong business acumen -understanding of business dynamics and knowledge of P&L set up (revenue/ margin/ cost drivers) within Consumer business and their interdependencies.
- Proactive thinker with ability to see the big picture but being able to debate the details.
- Ability to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
- Passionate about communication, community building and experienced in change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management
- In depth knowledge of Supply and Demand Planning methods including the components of Demand and the factors influencing it.
