**In this role, the Lead; Operational Excellence Lead will**:

- Sustainably measure, deploy, develop, or improve and implement business processes and tools considered best in class for Deliver operations and business processes.
- Advances Deliver Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the region, prioritizing and leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies
- Develop and perform Operations Excellence assessments or Capability Gap Assessments in the NA DELIVER Segment to define opportunities, with multi-functional partners and implement improvements.
- Lead and Develop training for NA Deliver partners in the areas of Performance Management, Metrics, and Distribution Best Practices in Process.
- Champions change management projects across supply chain elements connecting PLAN through DELIVER functions. This includes global and regional metrics and JJOS deployments to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitates business case definitions and results presentations; as required.
- The role will establish and maintain key partnerships across Deliver organization to ensure an integrated approach to process improvement; Lean & Faster Forward mindset.
- Connect, use and learn from global standard methodologies (ie. GDEx, Deliver Operations, Plan) and adapt to regional capability needs.
- Support the sites to identify capability gaps to improve efficiency and define how to address

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of business experience required primarily in Supply Chain and Logistics functions. Distribution experience a PLUS
- Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is required. Certification preferred.
- Demonstration of strong collaboration skills required
- Ability to lead & get things done through influence versus line responsibility
- Ability to communicate orally and written clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
- Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving having experience in data analytics is required
- Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to and challenge the norm
- Proven experience in successful change management preferred

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Experience in MS EXCEL data analysis / insights required. Power BI data analysis preferred / plus.
- FPX training / certification preferred.
