The Role
Are you an experienced marketer with a successful history of innovative product launches? Do you have a track record of successful strategic marketing plans development and tactical activations? If your strengths include simplifying complexity, developing innovative pre-launch and launch strategies and delivering cutting-edge innovation in fast-paced environments, then we are looking for you.

Here’s What You’ll Do

Support the Marketing Director to lead cross functional teams to develop and execute the launch plans for RSV and Influenza vaccines working very closely with market access, government affairs, commercial, medical and regulatory leaders.

Develop pre-launch planning timeline, meeting cadence and objectives, cross-functional governance and alignment planning, and coordination across all internal and agency partners.

Design and execute on HCP communication activities from strategy to execution.

Develop promotional and disease awareness materials supporting pre-launch & launch activities compliantly.

Ensure clear engagement plans and roadmaps for key stakeholders across functions are aligned to brand strategies.

Manage agency partners to deliver multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner

Partner with the Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager to execute a digital first mindset for all HCP interactions.

Gather insights and analytics to inform strategic decision making and consistently assess and improve plans in face of emerging insights and data.

Collaborate with the Global marketing team, collecting and sharing insights, local market feedback and voice of customer to feed into key strategy initiatives.

Use the vision and strategy developed by the Global marketing team for localization and implementation in Switzerland.

Be proactive in identifying impactful innovative and differentiating marketing activities, channels or solutions.

Be an expert advocate to maintain high quality and compliant interactions with all customer segments.

Be proactive about collecting and sharing best marketing practices across Moderna’s Marketing communities and beyond.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

Minimum of 8 years of Marketing Management experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical market. Launch experience is an absolute must and vaccine experience is a clear plus

Master's Degree required.

Pharmaceutical industry/healthcare experience required.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong knowledge of promotional and non-promotional code for Pharmaceutical in Switzerland Pharmacodex).

Highly, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with a proven track record in campaign development, execution and brand storytelling.

Launch experience and launch track record is an absolute must, preferably in vaccines

Demonstrated brand management, launch planning, strategic and operational planning and delivery, agency management, project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to reimagine product launches, challenge the status quo, and relentlessly work with a team to drive delivery of very ambitious and bold objectives.

Demonstrated experience using innovative digital channels and platforms for communications.

Savvy and comfortable making recommendations using different digital channels and platforms.

Open-minded, flexible and adaptable to change, with a superior ability to pivot in face of new data.

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

German or French native. English fluent is a must.

Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Ability to be both strategic and drive execution simultaneosuly.
