We recently closed our $26M Series A funding and are entering a fast-paced Hyper-Growth phase. We are now looking for a new colleague to become our Marketing Manager Europe in Zurich

Tasks

As Marketing Manager for Europe, you will work with both regional and global stakeholders and develop marketing initiatives that will help build Yokoy’s brand value and lead to successful growth in Europe. We are a product-driven company and our product is the key factor for our and our client’s success. Enabling sales by creating a relationship with current and new customers is crucial for our continuous growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- You are responsible for developing and implementing our marketing plan in Europe, with a focus on expanding markets
- You will have a clear understanding of customers’ needs and market trends
- You identify activation channels and methods based on our target customers’ buying journey
- You drive measurable campaigns, host events and webinars, with the help of the entire marketing department, to increase brand awareness and lead generation (experience in account-based marketing is needed)
- You focus on the optimization and reporting to provide stakeholders with a clear ROI, taking objectives and KPIs into account
- You make sure that marketing activities in new markets are aligned with the global marketing strategy
- You work directly with and manage agencies on specific executions such as events and campaigns

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll need**:

- You completed your studies
- or have work experience in the field of business administration/marketing/advertising/communication
- You ideally bring at least 4-5 years of experience in marketing (B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or FinTech industries)
- You have experience working in several European markets, ensuring synergies in-between but also able to adapt marketing tactics to the local market
- You have experience in market entry activities (Expansion marketing)
- You bring a track record of launching successful campaigns, strongly connected to company business goals, as well as planning events, webinars and PR activities
- You are all about account-based marketing, project management and communication
- You are an expert when it comes to common marketing tools
- You have a flexible mindset, distinctly creative thinking ability and a natural brand understanding as well as an affinity for design
- You are fluent in English, other languages (e.g. Dutch, German, French) are a plus
