Wir suchen einen erfahrenen **Business Development Manager**, der unser Team bei Callista Digital AG verstärkt. Du bist ein erfahrener Verhandlungsführer und hast ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden. Du bist in der Lage, starke Beziehungen nachhaltig aufzubauen und zu pflegen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erfüllen und übertreffen.

Begeistern dich die Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung ebenso wie persönliche Beziehungen und Kundenfokus? Mit Empathie und Erfahrung bist du in der Lage, auf die Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen und mit deinem Einsatz erarbeitest du nachhaltige Lösungen.

Unser Team möchte die Begeisterung und die Erfahrung aus den vergangenen, erfolgreichen Projekten gerne auch mit weiteren Kunden teilen und sucht deshalb einen Business Development Manager um:

- neue Impulse zu erhalten und sich konstant herauszufordern
- neue Projekte zu gewinnen
- die Partnerschaften mit namhaften Herstellern auf-/auszubauen
- gemeinsam mehr erreichen zu können

Du bist ein Self-starter und hast Erfahrung im beschriebenen Umfeld, dann melde dich

Wichtig ist uns die Begeisterung für das Themengebiet und die Fähigkeit, auf Menschen zuzugehen. Antreffen wirst du:

- Cloud Plattformen von AWS und vor allem im Bereich Microsoft Office365, Azure und PowerPlatform
- Im Bereich Daten sind wir stark im Data-Warehouse/-Lake vertreten und besitzen eine starke Expertise mit Databricks auf Azure und AWS
- Wir denken 'Service' und deshalb orchestrieren wir unsere Teams als Development-Operations (DevOps), welche sowohl beim Aufbau/Transformation helfen, als auch den Betrieb sicherstellen
