**Junior Product Owner in Marketing Technology**

Our client, an innovative and dynamic bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, is looking for a Junior Product Owner in Marketing Technology **for a contract till end of 2024 (with possibility for extension) based in Basel, Switzerland**. **_(2-3 days/week on-site in Basel)_**

The Content Enablement Team vision is to enable, by 2025, a seamless ecosystem which makes finding, creating, managing, and publishing content a competitive advantage for the company.

This is to be achieved via three core objectives:

- Building the Next Generation FUSE by creating an efficient content journey with a simplified process and improving speed to market.
- Enabling reusability of content across the corporate.
- Empowering the company's associates and partners to focus on innovating impactful experiences for external customers.

The Junior Product Owner works with Content Enablement business & IT stakeholders to understand existing backlog, use cases and requirements. The Junior Product Owner also gathers additional requirements from business & IT stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Works together with the Product Owner, our stakeholders, and users to identify the problem to solve. Understand the desirability, feasibility, and viability of the problem.
- Ensures that requirements and functional documents are created and maintained in a timely, comprehensive manner.
- Translates the business needs to the development team to ensure we build the right thing and build it right.
- Analyzes the feasibility of the requirements and identifies product limitation. Works with the Product Owner to identify solutions.
- Leverages Jira to create, maintain, extend, tag & refine Epics, and User Stories.
- Participates in retrospective and planning sessions with product team and assist with requirement prioritization.
- Provides expertise and guidance to the training and change team.
- Analyses the value of feature released and adoption.
- Helps define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), KPIs, and dashboards relevant to the Product team and various stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **_Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required_**

**MUST HAVE SKIILLS**:

- Expertise in Content Marketing processes or Platforms and Digital Asset Management process or Platforms.
- Strong product management, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability todeliver high quality work products with limited oversight.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a digital product development team.
- Experience with Agile ways of working.
- Expertise in Marketing Technology and Digital Asset Management.
- Experience with content planning, creation, authoring and approvals.
- Strong product management and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, manage issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
- Experience working across multiple time zones.
- Proven ability to drive, collaborate and operate across functions, cultures, and geographies within in a complex environment.
- University degree with an advanced degree in science and / or business preferred
- Excellent fluency in English, second language is a plus
