Der OSIV-Pool ist ein Zusammenschluss sieben kantonaler IV-Stellen zum Zweck der Bereitstellung einheitlicher ICT-Lösungen und der konsequenten Umsetzung der Digitalisierung. Das OSIV Solution Center (OSC) mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden in Basel ist das ICT-Kompetenzzentrum des OSIV-Pools. Die vom OSC entwickelte Branchenlösung wird täglich von 1400 Fachpersonen für das Fallmanagement genutzt und deckt rund ein Drittel der Schweizerischen Invalidenversicherung ab.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Organisation suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n Product Owner/Business Analyst/in für das Produktmanagement Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung Produktlebenszyklus
  • Ermittlung und Bewertung der Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Erhebung und Analyse der Anforderungen an die Applikation
  • Strukturierung, Spezifizierung und Modellierung von Konzepten und Lösungs-
    ansätzen
  • Priorisierung und Planung des Backlogs
  • Führung und Unterstützung von Projekten
  • Unterstützung der Kunden und des Service Desks bei Anwendungsproblemen,
    deren Analyse und der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss (FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
  • Selbständiges Handeln und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
