Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for Lonza laboratory applications e.g. iLAB, EWB, and LIMS etc
- Perform periodic review of laboratory systems
- Support the access management and control process for laboratory systems and applications
- Perform system administration tasks on lab benchtop computers
- Maintain backup, archive, and disaster recovery systems
Key requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences
- Experience working in a GxP environment, preferably in labs in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working within a Quality System (i.e. Risk Management, Validation, Change Control, CAPA etc.) is a plus
- Must be fluent in English written and spoken.
