**Location**: Geneva, Olten, St. Gallen, Zurich

As Delivery Lead (f/m/d) for the regions Germany, Austria and Switzerland you are responsible for the successful implementation of Business Applications projects in the Life Science area as well as for the further expansion of this segment.

What is your role in the team?
- Ensure the complete execution of projects in the Life Science business segment with regards to contractual terms and conditions and to support the pre-sales activities.
- Define and design the project methodology to achieve the agreed services and solutions for the projects. You will collaborate with other delivery organizations in the Business Applications unit.
- Lead a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Consultants and Developers who will be responsible for the operational delivery of client projects.
- Active management of project risks and escalations.
- Ensure that the defined framework conditions of the projects (time, quality, budget) are adhered.
- Collaboration with the Offering Lead Life Science to coordinate the offering and the associated effort and solution architecture

Your key qualifications
- Extensive experience in the Life Science environment (e.g. fine chemistry, pharma, cosmetics or medical technology).
- More than five years of leadership experience (including people management).
- Relevant professional experience in the implementation of complex ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a feeling for sensitive situations.
- Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
