**Global Proces Automation Artificial Inteligence Service Lead**:

The role is responsible to improve the PA business performance through Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence”. PA-DA provides various data and analytical products and services to the Process Automation divisions (like data warehouse product, analytics products, data management services). PA-DA is starting a new service in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics, and we are looking for the global service leader. This AI/AA leader will report directly to the Global Process Automation Data and Analytics Lead.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define the PA-DA AI/AA service strategy, service design and service scope.
- Manage service delivery, service budget and service team and/or external partners. Service performance will be measured by a business user’s satisfaction.
- Analyze business problems and propose solutions to solve those problems using the AI/AA techniques and tools. In case investment is needed, prepare a Business Case and Investment Project Proposal to build such solution.
- Conduct analysis and solve complex business problems using AI/AA techniques and tools, with help of a multidisciplinary team of experts or partners.
- Prototype AI/AA products, and once it’s proven, build and hand it over to the designated product manager and the PA-DA Operations team.
- Experiment and evaluate AI/AA tools and solutions available on the market to bring it to the PA-DA AI/AA toolbox.
- Collaborate with educational institutions in the selected AI/AA fields.

**Your background**:

- Min. 5 years of AI/AA relevant experience.
- Min. 3 years of management experience in R&D or IT/IS service delivery.
- Data science practitioner working with structures, semi-structured and unstructured data.
- Sound knowledge and experience of AI/AA tools like Python or Google or Microsoft.
- Cloud technologies experience (Azure, GCP or similar).
- Leadership background.
- Managing external vendors and suppliers experience.
- Mathematical, statistical, data science or relevant education (MS or PhD).
- Service or project management knowledge is a plus.
- Working with educational institutions in the field of AI/AA research.
