Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry.
- To support the development of its MarTech projects at an international level, starting with the roll-out of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), Sika is expanding and seeking a new
- ** Global MarTech Business Partner**. The role is based in
- **Zurich**,
- **Switzerland**.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Develop and run global MarTech programmes across over 100 countries, with a strong focus on Marketing Automation and Data Management,
- Drive the implementation of MarTech solutions, including the selection, the onboarding and the management of external vendors,
- Ensure a successful delivery of MarTech projects by facilitating the collaboration with internal departments (Sales, IT and Marketing),
- Evaluate the efficiency of existing MarTech solutions and ensure that the existing tools remain at a state-of-the-art level,
- Strive towards the unification of experiences across different departments to provide journeys that are customer-centric and meaningful,
- Contribute to the global MarTech and product strategy by being part of dedicated project teams and steering committees,
- Coordinate reporting, gather feedback from business units and help Sika’s management make the right decisions,
- Encourage stakeholders to adopt MarTech solutions by providing both global and local teams with training sessions and material,
- Identify potential business opportunities at the crossroads of Sales and MarTech, and propose concrete MarTech solutions for that

**We Need Your Skills**
- University degree in Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant fields,
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or technology for a global and/or blue-chip institution. Any experience in a central function or a shared service centre would be a plus,
- Proven track record in rolling-out complex MarTech solutions, ideally in Marketing Automation or Data Management,
- Previous experience in creating complete customer journeys based on concrete business cases, including automation and analytics
- Ability to manage projects together with Sales, IT and Marketing stakeholders, and collaborate with experts with various cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of CRM, Data Management or Customer Experience solutions is a strong plus (for example Adobe Real-Time, Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP, Oracle Unity, Segment),
- Any knowledge of programming would be a plus (HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, etc)
- Ability to navigate in a dynamic and complex environment,
- Strong team player with good presentation skills and a hands-on attitude,
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
