**Head of Portfolio, IOT Automation, Building and Home Automation Solutions (BHAS)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Serve as the IoT automation portfolio business owner, responsible for R&D budgeting and P&L planning.
- Implement and drive the IoT strategy across hardware, software, and networking components, including end-to-end responsibility for IoT solutions.
- Proactively identify and define business opportunities in the commercial and residential building markets, aligning with IoT goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of the IoT automation business model, focusing on delivering a superior customer experience.
- Determine IoT and cloud software use cases based on customer needs and pain points, vet new IoT product ideas, and incorporate user stories.
- Ensure the successful execution of IoT solutions, adhering to agreed architecture, SLAs, KPIs, and business models.
- Evaluate IoT digital platforms and architectures, recommending solutions that best fit BHAS business and customer requirements.
- Lead, coach, and recruit team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and personal growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal management, engineering teams, clients, and vendors to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to accept challenges and responsibilities.

**Your background**:

- Experienced, talented professional with a university degree (Master’s or MBA level an advantage) in Engineering (preferably focus on control and automation, electronics, or energy) or Software.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant and demonstrable experience in the electrification and building automation industry, focusing on IoT solutions.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex IoT projects, from concept to deployment, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to create business-aligned and technical strategies in line with organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the commercial and residential building markets.
- Results-oriented execution mindset. Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs and tolerant of ambiguity.
- A proven track record in motivating teams in a multicultural context within a matrix and informal networks. Familiar with executing change in an international organization and willing to be part of an in-depth business transformation journey.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
