The global industrial IoT market has entered its most exciting growth phase. Both public and private sectors recognize the need for secure connectivity within today’s critical infrastructure markets and will be investing trillions over the next 5-10 years. Modernizing critical infrastructure will significantly impact and foster new markets worldwide to include, the enablement of power grids, development of smart factories, and improving the efficacies of our transportation systems.
What You'll Do
Does leading an IoT sales team excite you? Are you an expert sales manager wanting to drive an industry-leading solution sales team at the world’s top IOT technology provider? AS the IOT Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in Identifying key country funding initiatives that impact industrial customers across EMEA, working closely with Cisco account teams, IoT specialists and Cisco’s public funding team. As the business continues to perform, we need to drive transformation across our customers, associates and partners. The regional sales leader in EMEA will be a critical member of the strategic leadership team within the IoT sales organization.
Who You'll Work With
The IoT RSM, will own the sales motion for by working hand in hand with Cisco account teams, channel partners, and customers to further the mission to protect, serve and educate. You will also work with Cisco’s product management, industry solutions teams and others to drive strategy and deliver results.

**Required Skills**:
- To Identify key 360 partnerships and lead a team that defines sell with, sell through and sell to opportunities that accelerate the industrial networking portfolio.
- Provide leadership coordination for key global accounts in the industrial space.
- Lead a team who are developing influencer partnerships across the industrial sector.
- Lead enablement efforts for the portfolio in conjunction with a distributed team on a global scale.
- Be able to carry a team quota and consistently met/ exceeded your goals.
- You are able to demonstrate experience of selling industrial networking
Desired Skills:
- Extensive experience of Cisco portfolio and specialist selling experience is preferred for this role but not a crucial requirement.
- People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build high performance teams quickly.
- Experience working in or selling large, complex and multi-architecture deals to multi-national, enterprise or CGEM accounts within industrial verticals.
- Experience selling to service providers would be preferred but not crucial.
- Executive-level understanding of Cisco’s industrial IoT, security and EN portfolios and strategy.
