Salesforce Technical Product Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with company business goals, priorities and client expectations
- Analyse business requirements to develop and implement data models and automation processes that effectively utilise Salesforce products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, service, marketing and data, to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication
- Drive agile project management practices within engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate risks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce products, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members and key users to enhance their Salesforce expertise and professional growth
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or project management, with a focus on Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and data models
- Experience leading engineering teams within an agile framework
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and risk management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
