Teads is looking for an Ad Operations Manager based in Zurich, Switzerland, to be part of a team responsible for the set-up, optimization, performance, and general stewardship of advertising campaigns. You are the hub of digital advertising campaign execution, working closely and collaboratively with other departments. You'll be responsible for successfully managing client success across our advertising offerings.

**Responsibilities**

Campaign management of self-serve campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform or DSP
- Be the lead point of contact for all client communications post-sale
- Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients
- Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends
- Plan and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter
- Help internal staff development through consistent and thorough knowledge-sharing exercises
- Set up campaign via our buying platform
- Monitor the campaign pacing and performance, and make appropriate optimizations to achieve the client's KPIs
- Communicate with clients proactively in terms of campaign performance and work on incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis
- Plan and execute the end-of-campaign report presentations for key clients
- Help check internal team's campaign setup, changes to ensure no mistakes in the campaign management across the team

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company
- Vast digital media industry knowledge and vested passion in understanding how trends impact day-to-day work, such as but not limited to: Programmatic Advertising (Branding & Performance, Header Bidding and OpenRTB Protocol, etc.)
- Has a proven track record of exceptional time management - effectively plans long-term and big-picture projects while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness
- Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution, and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve
- Has a track record of meeting (or surpassing) ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment over a sustained period of time
- Demonstrates comfort engaging with strategic clients, is an avid problem solver, proactive and a creative thinker
- Is adept at navigating the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third-party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.)
- Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Takes a collaborative approach to their work; understands the limitations of their own perspective and works hard to understand the interests/views of others
- Team player
- Working closely with the sales team to develop innovative marketing activities that generate new business opportunities and inform customers/partners about new products and offerings.
- Help build and localise sales collateral for core narrative and key business initiatives
- Support delivery of sales training programs and building of local market packages and rollout to sales
- Develop local market case studies touting success of campaigns
- Manage Teads UK's CRM database via Hubspot to ensure contacts are kept current and dynamically segmented for promotional newsletter marketing
- Measurement, evaluation and reporting of marketing activities
- Creation of newsletters and customer communications, from initial idea through to content creation to execution
- Support in the organisation and implementation of own events and event sponsorships
- Research, analysis and preparation of presentations
- Creation and dispatch of social media postings

- Experience and/or qualifications in marketing, social media and/or public relations.
- Demonstrable interest in the field of marketing and advertising, especially in digital.
- High level of motivation and initiative

- Additional language skills are a benefit
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Good feel for text and design; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
