**IS Compliance Operations Manager - Information Security**:

The IS Compliance Operations Manager actively drives and supports ABB IT General controls; oversees, monitors and follows up on the execution of the IT General Controls (ITGC) activities (e.g. Control performance, CPCP, Process walkthrough, etc.) leading a team of IS Compliance Specialists. Led by IS Compliance Assurance Department, executes and manages assurance initiatives to increase conformance levels, drives IT process improvements and secures adequate education of IT Process Owners, Control Owners and Control Performers, Application Managers and Service Owners/Managers for all regulations to be followed (SOX, Data Privacy, Export Controls, ESG, etc.) and internal policies to be respected.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day operations of compliance activities for Information security teams
- Providing requirements regarding foundational needs for compliance assurance to services/processes/projects/initiatives and securing effectiveness
- Design and establish compliance monitoring tools and metrics
- Identify and advise management on key controls to be monitored across department
- Ensures implementation of agreed compliance controls within Information Security Department.
- Report to the management on the State of Compliance at an agreed periodicity.
- Advise management on changes to the Compliance Program and facilitate both Internal and External Audit interactions for Information Security Department
- Giving guidance on how to execute controls to service owners
- Manage the service providers responsible for driving compliance activities for the team
- Drive any compliance related projects within the department
- Mentoring and guiding team members during day-to-day activities
- Reviews the quality assurance for control design/implementation/documentation and execution
- Provide feedback to team members on operational activities

**Your background**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience with 12+ overall experience preferred.
- Degree in Computer sciences preferred.
- CISM, CISA, CRISC ISO27001 certifications desirable
- Good knowledge of industry framework, standards, and practices (COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, NIST, ISO 2700x, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies
- Ability to design compliance monitoring tools and metrics.
- Identify and advise management on key controls to be monitored across department.
- IS/IT process knowledge.
- Experienced in implementing and assuring controls for regulations (SOX, GDPR, Trade Compliance)
- Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members on day-to-day activities
