- Zielgruppenanalyse und Generierung von Customer Insights auf Basis von Kunden
- und Marktdaten, um den Customer Lifetime Value strategisch zu verbessern und Zusatzverkäufe zu generieren
- Planen und Realisieren von automatisierten, kanalübergreifenden Customer Journeys und personalisierten und datengestützten Direct-Marketing und Always-On Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Conversion (Cross
- und Upselling) sowie Churn Prevention (Retention-Marketing)
- Entwickeln und Bereitstellen von Marketing
- und Schulungsunterlagen, um Vertriebsmitarbeiter zu befähigen, unsere digitalen Produkte effizienter zu verkaufen
- Überwachen und Optimieren der durchgeführten Massnahmen mittels Reporting und Analyse von strategischen und operativen KPIs
- Stetige Optimierung der Customer Experience auf den digitalen Touchpoints in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management
- Redaktionelle Pflege des localsearch Customer Center (Kundenportal)
- Enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachverantwortlichen und den internen Stakeholder der Bereiche Data, CRM, Vertrieb, Produkt und Kommunikation
**Du bist**
Kundenversteher*, Analyseprofi und Marketing-Techie mit "let's test it" Mentalität **und begeisterst uns mit**
- einer Hochschul
- oder Fachhochschulausbildungin Marketing oder Kommunikation
- zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung mit Leistungsausweis im Bereich Customer Lifecycle Marketing (vorzugsweise im B2B-Marketing)
- deinem intuitiven Gespür für die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Kunden (Kenntnisse des Schweizer KMU-Marktes von Vorteil)
- sehr guten Kenntnissen in der konzeptionellen Datenanalyse zur Generierung von Customer Insights (Nutzungsverhalten, Next Best Action, Abschlusswahrscheinlichkeit, etc.)
- sehr guten Kenntnissen mit automatisierten E-Mail-Marketing Kampagnen, inkl. Kampagnen-Flows (Salesforce Pardot Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- sicherem Auftreten gegenüber externen und internen Anspruchsgruppen (Stakeholder-Management)
- Freude am Storytelling und einem Flair für stilsicheres Schreiben
- guten Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnissen (Französisch, Italienisch von Vorteil)
