**Global Account Pursuit Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will be responsible for pursuing global accounts with significant potential and for developing ABB’s relationship and market share with existing and potential customers. **The role is open globally, but the location is set in Europe**
**This position reports to**:
Global HVACR OEM Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute short and long term strategic account plan for target OEMs with an opportunity pipeline equal to or greater than $100M for the drives products division at target OEMs.
- Utilize both global and country customer’s specific knowledge within ABB and through external sources.
- Work closely with LSUs, Direct Sales Resources and HVAC Channel Partner(s) for knowledge gathering.
- Lead global and local teams to coordinate activity with target OEM and collaborate globally with other ABB Divisions on potential opportunities.
- Establish strong working relationships across the player map to include C-Suite with target OEMs as necessary.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget for target OEMs and negotiate or make offers in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate the implementation of Global Agreements with target OEMs, including commercial terms, pricing, product configurations and risk assessment.
- Provide regular summary reports to Global HVACR OEM sales manager.
- Drive sales activates through SFDC
- Ensure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field (Business Administration is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience within a complex business environment selling technical products (motor and drive systems)
- Previous experience in negotiating contracts considering risk assessment
- Previous experience in understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interface
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office platform and SFDC
- Willingness to travel (around 50%)
