**This position reports to**:
Global Product Mgr-Autonomous Operations

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and drive the implementation of an offering portfolio aligned with our service strategy and business process requirements, including new service offerings and end-to-end business processes supported by tools to improve ABB sales and field service efficiency and enable customers to self-service as much as possible. You will provide support to strategic business pursuits, projects and account and ensure that our service offerings are well understood. Lastly you will also identify growth opportunities and drive innovation with strong customer focus. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Service Organization of Process Automation Energy Industries Division of ABB globally. **Qualifications for the role**:

- Growth: Provide support to strategic sales pursuits, key accounts, partnerships, regions, and projects. This support is driven by close, long-term collaboration and strong interaction with key GAMs, SAMs, Industry Business Managers and the regions and local division sales teams. This role includes building long term relationships, representing the technical function to customers and other stakeholders, and capturing the voice of the customer in all customer-facing interactions.
- Technology leadership and Innovation: You are responsible for technology leadership and developing the technology strategy and priorities to support and integrate this seamlessly with the business and service strategy. This role demands knowledge of our products, business systems and a focus to ensure that services can be delivered effectively to different customer groups, market segments and industries. The technology managers own the innovation investment process which is a continuous activity identifying and nurturing innovation derived from customer business requirements, and ideation from within PAEN to fuel R&D development.
- People Leadership: In this global role you will interact with a broad range of stakeholders including strategic customers, colleagues, and partners. You will be a role model of professionalism and must be able to embrace and live up to the ABB core values. You will need to drive organizational maturity and performance and assist in the continuous development of people and processes.
