Tasks

The Technical Project and Account Manager is responsible for managing and orchestrating complex technical projects from conception to delivery while simultaneously overseeing key client accounts. This role entails a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of technical projects.
- Manage key client accounts, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Translate client requirements into project plans, while ensuring the scope, schedule, and budget of the projects are well-defined.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and other technical staff to ensure project success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, to be able to offer technical solutions tailored to the needs of each account.
- Mitigate project risks, manage issues, and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Provide detailed project reports, updates, and feedback to stakeholders and upper management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all project and account-related matters, providing technical support when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, coordinate with sales teams when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to our processes and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role.
- Solid technical background with a deep understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Native or high-level proficiency in Swiss-German/German and English is must
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
