**We will count on you to**:

- Supporting Client Managers on mid-sized and large clients as well as in fee projects as e.g. benefit audits, M&A projects, benefit harmonizations, benefit set-up, etc.
- Preparing offers, presentations and benchmark analysis for clients (pension insurance, daily indemnity, mandatory and supplemental accident, medical insurance)
- Handle Day-to-day requests
- Manage medical and claims helpdesk
- Manage accident and sickness claims (notification to insurer, follow-up with insured, check of benefit statement)
- Advise employees of international customers on medical insurance (resident, cross-borders, expats, etc.) and adequate process
- Regular contact with HR departments, insurers and employees
- Answer queries of client employees in French, English and German (if possible)
- Being responsible for your own client portfolio

**What you need to have**:

- Commercial education (CFC employé de commerce) would be an asset
- Knowledge in pension plan (LPP) and group risk insurances
- Knowledge in medical insurance would be an asset
- Fluent French, English and German are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
