**The opportunity**

We are pleased to invite applicants to pioneer the future with key insurance ecosystem players. You will champion sales and origination of Swiss Re's P&C Solutions spanning a variety of fields including portfolio and insurance market analytics, automotive & mobility, cyber, parametric and disaster resilience. With a cross-functional team of engaged professionals you will build Solution partnerships by up-selling and cross-selling to existing and acquiring new clients.

**About the role**

Combining a clear strategy with drive, persistence and cunning you contribute to one of our top priorities: delivering on Solutions and Services. You shall direct the local P&C Solutions approach and realize it in close cooperation with a cross-functional team that includes colleagues in various areas of expertise. Using desk research, networking, entrepreneurial thinking and creativity you uncover our clients' needs, connect them to a Solution we can offer and coin a convincing buying vision. You skillfully navigate the negotiation, bring deals to closure and orchestrate successful project delivery.- Develop a sound sales strategy and direct focused execution- Build and nurture relationships with client decision makers and key influencers- Drive Solutions sales to our clients and acquire new clients in the insurance market- Own deals from origination through implementation to renewal- Deliver to our clients in a deal team of professionals, including client and claims managers, underwriters, legal experts and colleagues from the P&C Solutions product team.

**About you**- Proven success in selling software, analytics, risk management services or related technology into financial services (preferably into the P&C insurance market), leading and closing individual deals- Ability to defend price by demonstrating value; must have strong ability to understand, negotiate and sell value- Passion for handling complex Solutions sales and delivering in virtual teams spread across different locations with a can-do attitude- Strong interpersonal skills: you inspire and empower others, coach effectively, promote team work, liaise at C-level and establish trust by communicating with gravitas- A network of client decision makers and senior influencers like line of business heads, chief actuaries, underwriters, risk engineers and innovators in the Nordics or Netherlands- Confidence in networking in large groups and speaking at conferences- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and is able to work effectively when faced with tight deadlines- Excellent command of English; Nordic language or Dutch would be an advantage- Quantitative or scientific degree preferred
